POLICIES:  Some of the policies contained in the manuals below may have been superceded by the adoption of new Bylaws in November 2008 and are under review by the Board of Directors.  Incorporation of Policies pursuant to 2004 are under construction.  Please refer to Board Minutes under Reference/Governance.
