To submit meet results, save the Official Scoresheet EXCEL or CSV file (see below) to your computer, and complete all columns (including membership numbers). Save the completed form to your computer, then attach to an email and send it to usaw@usaweightlifting.org.

Please do not alter the Official Scoresheet by deleting or adding columns. Handwritten results cannot be accepted, even if scanned and sent electronically.

PLEASE NOTE:  All participants of USA Weightlifting sanctioned events must be current USA Weightlifting members BEFORE they will be allowed to lift. Membership forms completed at the meet, membership payments, and meet results must be received by the National Office no later than two (2) weeks after the meet.
