Henry Brower Places 12th at World Championships, Caleb Williams and Sarah Davis Earn Top-20 Finishes

(Colorado Springs, Colo.) - Henry Brower (Bloomingdale, Ga.) earned the highest placing for the U.S. men during the first three days of the World Championships in Goyang, Korea when he placed 12^th in the 69kg division. 

Brower's best lifts at his second World Championships were 127kg in the snatch and 160kg in the clean and jerk where he came just three kilograms short of tying his own American record.  

Caleb Williams (Duluth, Ga.) also competed in the 69kg division, placing 18^th with a snatch of 124kg and a clean and jerk of 151kg.  

Sarah Davis (Rincon, Ga.) rounded out the day with a 16^th place finish in the 53kg division with lifts of 72kg in the snatch and 87kg in the clean and jerk.  

Hilary Katzenmeier (Shreveport, La.) will compete for Team USA in the 58kg division on Monday.
