2010 National Championships - Peoria, Illinois has been named the host city for the 2010 National Championships. 

Criollo Cup Ranking Updated-  For the updated Criollo Cup team ranking list, please visit the following link:  http://weightlifting.usoc.org/content/index/1345   Please note that this is a self funded event.  Athletes selected to be on the team must have met qualification criteria for the 2009 National Collegiate Championships and must also meet collegiate criteria at the time of the Criollo Cup.  Invitations for this event will be sent out shortly. 

USWF Foundation Update:  From May 1 to July 31, 2009 the USWF Foundation has increased a cumulative return of 13.5%, bringing the value from $ 235,781 to $ 267,593 as of July 31. This past April the USAW Board (as the Voting Members of the Foundation) voted to replace the Foundation Board with an interim Foundation Board.
